DELIVERY CONDITIONS

We are very delighted to reach you at your doorstep all around the UAE in order to deliver your respective orders. At Branddose we handle your orders very professionally, be it packaging, efficient shipping of your orders and issuing of shipment numbers, or contacting our customers to arrange the delivery at their convenience and their availability. We have our delivery terms and conditions according to which we provide our delivery services.

Shipment usually takes 3-5 business days to reach our customers. In the shipment process our logistic partners will contact our customers several times to ensure their availability at the designated address before delivery.

In case, our customers do not respond to our logistic partners, they will receive a notification email explaining the process of how to collect their orders from where it will be sent in their absence to their closest courier depot.

At present, our delivery services are limited to major cities. For delivery services to remote areas, additional fees will be charged as per our delivery service terms and conditions. At Branddose, we have a streamlined process of delivery, and we work with world-class logistic providers to deliver your goods at your doorstep.

We currently do not provide self-pickup service.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 15days for the refund transfer to be completed.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

Free delivery for orders above 300 AED and 20 AED delivery charge for orders under 300 AED.

 

We deliver our Products mainly to UAE & KSA. Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to make your shopping experience with us exquisite and unforgettable, we make sure you face no difficulties shopping with us. So we make returns very easy for you, with no additional charges for you. We have designed a return policy for best buy just for your convenience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or if there is something wrong with the product, or you received a different product from what you ordered. Click here to start your return process or contact BRANDDOSE customer service at support@branddose.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process. You will receive a label attachment from support@branddose.com with a return airway bill (AWB) number. Within 2 business days our representative will contact you for pickup formalities . Following that, please notify us by sending an email and a voucher will immediately be issued for your use. Please take in mind, that you can return only merchandise in resalable condition. Please ensure that all original tags, labels, and packaging are still intact.

PAYMENT POLICY

Branddose provides a cash on Delivery (COD) service only at the cost of 15 AED. Delivery charges are calculated at the end including the COD charges. All prices are fixed, unless there is a website- wide sale offer. This is all according to our payment policy that we have devised. There are different payment methods that we accept and there is a respective payment method policy for this. For free delivery, we provide this service according to our free delivery conditions.

REFUNDS

Kindly note that we only issue Coupon vouchers that can only be redeemed in your next purchase. We do not give cash refunds if your item is damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you notify our Customer Support Team immediately or within 7 days from the delivery date. Kindly keep your delivery receipt, which states the order number, time and date of delivery. Our team will be able to help you by arranging for the item to be exchanged or refunded.

We will hold the charges if the item has reached your doorstep with a defect. And we will make sure to compensate you for that.

If you are unsatisfied with the product for any other reason than a defect, you will be charged a return sum of 20 AED as a return fee as per our return policy.
